Digital House · September–October

We’re doing things differently.

See your new website. Before you buy it.

Buying a website has always meant a leap of faith: a conversation, a quote, and then you’re asked to commit before you’ve seen a single thing. We’ve decided to change that.

Wow that’s amazing, see your new website design before you buy, no deposit

We’ll show you the idea first.

Before asking you to commit to a new website, we’ll create a design concept showing how we think your new website could look. Your business. Your branding. Your services. And you get to see it before you decide whether to go ahead.

  • No trying to imagine what we mean.
  • No wondering whether you’ll like our ideas.
  • No committing to a website based purely on a conversation and a quotation.

See it first. Then decide.

We’ve Changed The Way We Work

We have been designing and building websites for businesses for more than 25 years, and the way we work has changed enormously in that time. Today, we can explore ideas, layouts and creative directions far more quickly than we ever could in the past.

The first exciting moment in your website project is now happening before you commit, with no obligation to go any further!

See before you buy.

It really is that simple.

Perhaps your current website is looking dated. Perhaps it no longer represents the business you have today. Perhaps you know it needs changing but keep putting it off because you don’t know where to start. Or perhaps you’re talking to several web designers who are all telling you slightly different versions of the same thing.

Send us your current website and let us show you what we’d do differently. You might love it. You might decide it isn’t for you. Either way, you haven’t had to commit to a full website project just to find out.

Barbara Payne of Digital House, understanding what customers need to see

Barbara Payne25+ years of marketing & commercial experience

It’s about knowing what your customers need to see.

Barbara Payne has spent more than 25 years talking to business owners, not just about websites, but about their businesses.

What they sell. Why customers choose them. Why enquiries slow down.

Where their marketing is working, and where it’s wasting money.

“I know what I do. I just don’t know how to get that across on my website.”

That’s the sentence she’s heard, in dozens of forms, from hundreds of business owners.

A successful website isn’t simply about a nice font, a good photograph and a modern layout.

It’s about understanding what somebody needs to see, understand and believe before they’re ready to contact you.

Frequently asked questions

What does “See Before You Buy” mean?

We create a design concept for your new website before you commit to a full website project.

Do I have to pay a deposit before seeing the design?

No, there is no deposit or financial commitment required before you see our initial idea.

Am I under any obligation to go ahead?

No, asking us to create an idea does not commit you to commissioning a website.

What do I need to send you?

If you already have a website, simply send us the address and tell us anything you would particularly like to improve.

What if I don’t have a website yet?

That’s fine; tell us about your new business, what you plan to offer and the type of customers you want to attract.

Do I need to provide a full website brief?

No, you don’t need a detailed brief or even know exactly what you want your new website to look like; a short discovery call will give us the information we need to create something that’s right for your business.

When do I get a quote?

Within five days, when we send you the design concept for your new homepage, we’ll also provide a quote for completing the full website.

What will you look at when designing the concept?

We’ll consider your business, branding, services and what your customers need to see, understand and trust when they visit your website.

What happens if I like the design?

We’ll discuss the concept with you, make any necessary changes and put together the full website project. Confirm the costs.

What happens if I don’t like it?

Just tell us; you can decide Digital House isn’t the right fit and walk away without commissioning the website.

Can you help with the website content as well?

Yes, we can take the information you provide and turn it into professionally written website content.

Can you host my website?

Yes, we provide full secure hosting for your website along with unlimited email addresses.

What about getting Google and other search engines to find me?

We provide basic SEO on your main navigation pages and submit your new website to Google, giving it a good start and helping it to get indexed.

Can you help with SEO after the website goes live?

Yes, if you’d like to improve your rankings and attract more visitors, we can provide ongoing SEO and digital marketing.

Can Digital House help after the website is launched?

Yes, we can continue to help with hosting, security, support, SEO, advertising, social media and email marketing. We are a full digital marketing agency with over 25 years helping business owners build their companies and organisations.

Nothing to lose except an outdated website

Send us your website.

There’s no need to spend weeks researching designers, or to commit based on a PDF proposal. Give us the opportunity to show you. If you like what you see, we can talk. If you don’t, you walk away. Simple.

No deposit. No obligation. Just a great idea.
