For a clearance firm or a landscaper, the hardest part of quoting is not knowing what the job looks like. A phone call rarely tells you enough, and driving out to look at every enquiry costs time and fuel before any money is made. On the Vohmann's and Advanced Landscapes websites we built enquiry forms that let customers upload photos of the job, on the Contact page and on every service page, so the owners can price from the pictures and reply with a simple quote.

| What we built | A short Quick Enquiry form with photo upload, placed on the home page, the Contact page and every service page |
| Who it helps | Customers, who can show the job instead of describing it, and the owners, who can quote from the photos without a site visit for every enquiry |
Ask someone to describe a garage full of rubbish, an overgrown garden or a tired driveway, and you get very different answers. One person's "a few bits" is a van load. One person's "small patio" is a whole back garden. That uncertainty means extra phone calls, follow-up questions and site visits just to give a price, and some customers simply give up and ask someone else.
Customers find it hard too. Many do not know the right words for what they need, and would rather show you than explain it.
We added a Quick Enquiry form that asks only for what is needed to give a price: name, postcode, phone number, email, a message, and photos. Customers can add one photo or several using "Add another file", straight from their phone. The postcode tells the owner at a glance whether the job is in their area.
Crucially, the form is not hidden away on one Contact page. It sits beside the content on every service page, so someone reading about house clearance or a new driveway can send photos there and then, while they are still thinking about it.

Vohmann's is a licensed, family-run waste removal firm in Bridgend covering South Wales, doing single-item collections, house and probate clearances, office clearances, commercial waste, end of tenancy clearances, asbestos removal and black bag collections. Every one of those jobs is easier to price when you can see it.
The photo form appears on the home page, the Contact page, the Areas Covered page and every service page. It also asks "How did you hear about us?", with options including Google, Bing and AI search tools such as ChatGPT, so the business can see which marketing is bringing in work.

Advanced Landscapes is an established landscaping and driveway company in Tadley, covering Berkshire, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Its work ranges from hedge cutting and garden clearance to new driveways, patios, fencing, tree work and waste removal.
The same Quick Enquiry form, in the company's orange and green, sits on the home page, the Contact page and each service page, including driveways, patios, fencing, landscape gardening, tree surgery and waste removal. A customer looking at driveways can send a photo of their existing drive in seconds.

We now build photo uploads into enquiry forms for trades where seeing the job matters. The LBG Waste Management website, for example, lets customers attach photos so bigger jobs can be priced from the pictures. You can read more in our LBG Waste case study.
If your customers keep asking you to "come and have a look" before you can give a price, a photo enquiry form could save you hours every week.
